Who can become a seller on CE?
Coaching Centers, Tutors, Authors, Publication House and Education entities can become a seller of their educational material on charteredexpress.in.
What is the process to register as a Seller on CE?
An inquiry form needs to be filled at charteredexpress.in. We will get in touch with you to get other paperwork done including your KYC.
What are the charges for registering as a Seller on CE?
Registration and Listing your educational material on CE is absolutely free of charge. We charge a percentage of sale consideration as our commission for each completed sale transaction.
What all I can sell as a Seller on CE?
Only Education and related materials can be sold on CE platform. You can list and sell eLearning products in different formats like Online, CDs, DVDs, Pen/USB drives, Tablets etc.
How will I receive a purchase/sales notification from CE?
Upon receipt of an order placement of your product/s on our website, we will send you an intimation with the necessary customer details to execute the order.
Are there any order delivery/dispatch timelines for the sellers?
The mode of despatch of your product to the buyer and the timelines is dealt with in our SHIPPING POLICY, which is available on our website.
What is the payment cycle on CE?
This will be discussed at the time of registration and would be decided mutually.
How are refund or Cancellation requests handled?
All the online products on CE are listed as Non-Cancellable/ Non Refundable. For tangible products, damaged products are to be replaced by the sellers subject to certain conditions. For more details please go through our shipment policy,.
How shipments are made for tangible products like CD/DVD(s), USB drive(s), Tablet(s) etc.?
The Seller(s) shall make the shipments of their products. After each such shipment, the seller(s) will intimate the Buyer and CE of the despatch with the tracking code to track the delivery of the order. For more details please go through our shipment policy.
