Shipping Policy
This policy covers the sale of tangible products such as CD/DVD, USB/Pen Drives, Tablets, SD Cards, Printed Material, etc., and is applicable to all the Sellers registered on charteredexpress.in (hereinafter referred to as “CE”) intending to sell these products. By listing their products on CE the Sellers irrevocably agree to abide by all the terms mentioned below.
Term “Shipping” means to transfer or movement of sold Tangible Products from Seller to the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User”) destination.
“Shipping Source” means Seller’s present location from where the Tangible Product is shipped. “Shipping Destination” means User’s or Customer’s Postal Address provided to CE at the time of placing the order.
Shipment Details– All the Tangible Products sold on CE will be shipped by the Seller and they will be solely responsible for the delivery of the product.
Sellers have to take utmost care of shipping the right products to the right Buyers. Sellers have to make sure that the packaging material used for shipping the product is of the best quality and correctly packaged in order to make sure that the products reach the Shipping Destination undamaged.
Sellers before registering on CE will provide a list of Pin Codes served by them in order to avoid order placements for uncovered pin codes. Sellers after shipping the products will share or notify the Courier Tracking details to CE and to the Customer via SMS or Email.
All the shipments should be dispatched within 48 hours after the purchase intimation to the Sellers. Shipment Return/Replacement- Replacements are available for the Buyers who receive a Damaged Product from the Sellers. All efforts shall be made to provide a replacement at no extra charges only if the intimation of damaged or different product is received by CE from the buyer within 7 days of delivery of original shipment. The 7 Days Replacement policy is applicable to only CD/DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials/SD Cards/Tablets sold on charteredexpress.in
All the Tangible Products should be returned in the original condition received by the users. The CE shall not accept returns in certain instances:
- Damages due to misuse of Tangible Products by the buyer.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of Tangible Products
- Any Tangible Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box.
Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same at Seller’s end.
Buyers can claim replacements for Software failures as well. However, the buyer has to first report an issue via email to CE. If the issue cannot be corrected remotely then the replacement request can be accepted.
CE holds all the rights whether or not to replace the products with the new/fresh/genuine products.
All the claims for replacement of Damaged Product/s, made by the Customer/s on CE will be intimated to the sellers by the CE.
Damaged Product/s will be shipped back to the Seller’s location in original condition either via reverse pick up by the Seller or the Customer will be asked to ship it back to the Seller location.
It is the Seller’s responsibility to ship the fresh/new/genuine product to the Customer after receiving the replacement request from CE.
Any physical damage to the Tangible Product by the Buyer while using it or due to mishandling of the product by them will not be covered for replacements under this policy.
